"My work is all about curves and motion. The idea is random
beauty for beauty's sake — and the more random the better,
like the aimless way a cat's tail twitches, or the pleasure of
eating a ripe peach on a summer's day. Symmetry is out, but
balance is very much in. Though I started out doing strictly
figurative work, I always loved the
abstractions of the 20th Century
pioneers, guys like Calder, Miró,
Arp, Henry Moore, Noguchi. And so
I eventually chose to follow in the
modern tradition. Pictured here are
some of the results."
